Release Checklist

For each release we need to make sure that the following is completed:

1. A .zip and .tar.gz version of the file is made available.
2. The changelog is updated with clear explanation of the changes made to the code base.
3. Upgrade notes should be included if necessary to account for any core changes.

Miscellaneous

3rd party web sites that list phpShop for download should be updated (i.e. hotscripts.com, freshmeat.net, etc).
